The available Time Slots are listed below. Clients may reserve
consecutive time slots (e.g., 9:00a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) if they wish to extend
their seaside stay to leisurely enjoy post-ceremony refreshments and
picture-taking with their guests. If you wish to make arrangements for
a small elegant reception, we will be happy to assist you. For information

| Fee
Includes: |
Rental of the property grants
exclusive use of the entire estate, which includes the oceanfront garden
and the historic home, for a lovely and intimate ceremony and reception
site.
 The site will be decorated with lovely fresh flowers and
greenery (Note: No artificial
arrangements are used at the Estate).
Slatted wooden folding chairs covered
with 3- piece white French organza chair pinafores, and a bamboo arbor
(draped with French organza and fresh flowers and greenery), are provided
for an additional fee.

| Additional
Fees: |
For post-ceremony receptions, additional fees will be charged for the
provision of charming tablecloths, napkins w/ porcelain holders, heirloom
and hand-painted china, antique glassware and/or fine crystal stemware,
fresh floral arrangements, and a labor charge for set-up and clean-up .
This does not include any catering fees for food & beverage items.
Some fees will be waived if wedding parties provide some of their own
reception items (e.g., disposable napkins, dishes, and utensils.)
"House menus" and prices available upon request. Guests are
also welcome to bring in their own food/beverage. (No alcoholic beverages are
included in our menu options - Guests may provide their own.)

| Music: |
For that special touch of ãold worldä
nostalgia on your wedding day by the seaside, arrangements may be made
for non-amplified live music (e.g., harp, violin, flute, cello – solo
or duets) for an additional fee.

| Payment
Terms: |
Payments may be made by cash, check or money
order. No credit cards are
accepted at this time. Payment in
full of the site fee must be received within 2 weeks from the date the reservation is
made to avoid cancellation of the reservation. There is a 50%
non-refundable deposit. Payment of additional fees are set forth in
detail in our reservation agreement.

| Cancellation
Policy: |
Refund policies are detailed in the
reservation agreement, which is available upon request. No refunds will be offered where notice of
cancellation is received less than 1 month prior to the reservation date.

| Tours: |
Free public tours are
available by reservation only. The third (3rd) Sunday of every month is
reserved exclusively for historic tours and private enjoyment of the
property. Groups limited to 16 persons. By reservation
only. No fee. Please call for more information. |
